Graffiti Problem on Loop 101 Thanks to an Unlocked Door

On 23 May 2006, TempeHiker saw graffiti on the eastside of Loop 101 just north of the railroad bridge.

We exited southbound Loop 101 at Broadway and drove north on Price Road to the approximate location of the graffiti. Price Road and the Loop 101 are separated by a cement wall. The wall has this door that just happened to be an unlocked door. On the other side of the door was graffiti.
