TempeHiker knows that removing graffiti is a "collatoral duty" of Tempe's city employees. TempeHiker will not report this graffit to Tempe's graffiti hotline.
This graffiti caught TempeHiker's eye and it lead him to a graffiti face and colorful gore graffiti. These two graffiti were on this graffiti wall. The graffiti wall is just east of these condos.
TempeHiker walked downtown over the northbound 2nd Mill Avenue Bridge. He was heading downtown to photograph the dig scene at the Hayden Flour Mill, but he found graffiti along the way. Both the north stairway and south stairway had graffiti.
