TempeHiker "sees" graffiti everywhere he goes in Tempe. In a nutshell, for a two-time All-America City, Tempe has a disgusting graffiti problem.
911 taught TempeHiker that ignorance is not bliss, yet he is ignorant as to what what the City of Tempe is doing about graffiti. Tempe's mayor, Mr. Hugh Hallman, says "calling the Graffiti Hotline is indeed the most effective avenue by which to report and have action taken." If this is true, then Tempe's graffiti problem is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
