We left Tempe at 2:00pm on Thursday, 7 December 2006, and drove 164 miles to Parker for the night.

We drove I-10 west to the Vicksburg Road exit. Took Vicksburg Road north to AZ Hwy-72 and drove that northwest to AZ Hwy-95. While driving AZ Hwy-72, we made a quick stop in Bouse to visit their Veterans Memorial, but our digital camera was missing its card so we couldn't take any pictures. We got a new card at a Radio Shack in Parker.
