Asarco Ray Mine overlook is located on AZ Hwy-177 about 15 miles south of Superior, Arizona.
Ray Mine is located at a spot that use to be Sonora, Arizona.

During late May, 2006, the Asarco Ray Mine outlook was closed because of mining operations. RoadHacker doesn't know when the outlook will be re-opened. This Ray Mine picture was taken from a spot south of the outlook on AZ Hwy-177.
