ThurmSpeaks::Ignore Everybody

I posted the following to my Facebook on 2 October 2009.

I might give this book a try during the winter break. Right now I'm not reading any books. [Note: I follow @sivers on Twitter.]

Sivers.org::Ignore Everybody - by Hugh MacLeod

Follow-up comment: http://ow.ly/sku4 is a NYTimes.com article titled "Curling Up With Hybrid Books, Videos Included" and it ends with the following.

   "Reading is one of the few experiences we have outside of
    relationships in which our cognitive abilities grow,"
    Mr. Mosley said. "And our cognitive abilities actually
    go backwards when we're watching television or doing
    stuff on computers."

I disagree with this assessment when it comes to the WWW. Printed books can't exploit the power of the hyperlink.
