Write a simplified version of the Unix cp command.
SYNOPSISmycp [-n] source_file destination_file mycp [--no-clobber] source_file destination_file
The contents of source_file are copied to destination_file.
If source_file is not found, then print an error message and exit the program.
If destination_file is found and "no clobber" option used, then print an error message and exit the program; otherwise, destination_file is truncated to a zero length when opened. An error message is printed if the destination_file cannot be opened.
If destination_file is not found, then it is created when opened. An error message is printed if opening the destination_file fails.
