Compufoo wanted a base-10 number to convert to base-2, so he picked the classroom number (CM-454). Compufoo mentioned that it was cool having a palindromic number classroom. 454 in binary is 1110001102. A student noticed that if the left-most binary digit was a one, then the binary number would be palindromic. They were right! 1110001112 equals 455.
