These highways signs were found on US Hwy-2/ME Hwy-100 in Bangor, ME.

The highway signs say...

+---------+ +-------+ | SOUTH | | WEST | | Maine | | US | | Hwy-100 | | Hwy-2 | +---------+ +-------+the numbers are: 2 100 the math is: log(100) = 2 observe... log(n) defaults to base-10; therefore, log(100) = 2 because 10^2 equals 100 more math: sqrt(100_{base-2}) = 2 observe... 100 in binary (base-2) is 4 sqrt(4) = 2 observe... 2 is a prime number and 100 is a square number 100 / 2 equals 50 (RoadHacker's age when he found these highway signs)
