BARS::Northbound I-294 in Chicago, Illinois

RoadHacker has driven past a set of road signs on northbound I-294 in Chicago, Illinois, numerous times but he has never gotten a picture. RoadHacker drove past the road signs on Memorial Day 2009 (May 25th) and he remembered the numbers in the road signs.

The road signs said...

   +-----------------------+
   | I-294 I-290 |
   | IL Hwy-20 IL Hwy-64 |
   +-----------------------+
   the numbers are: 294 290 20 64

   the math is: sqrt(20 - cuberoot(64)) + 290 = 294

   more math: 294 % 290 = 64 % 20

   rs42Eval: 64 - 20 - sqrt(294 - 290) = 42
   * 42 is the "Answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything"

   rsStateEval: 20 + cuberoot(64) / (294 - 290) = 21
   * Illinois was the 21st state admitted to the Union

   rsAgeEval: 20 + sqrt(64) + (294 - 290)! = 52
   * MathBabbler was 52 years young when he posted this BARS

   off-by-one rsAgeEval: 20 + sqrt(64) + (294 - 290)! = 51 + 1
   * RoadHacker was 51 years young when he last saw these signs

   more math: sqrt(sqrt(20 - cuberoot(64))) = gcf(290, 294)

   more math: 294 - 290 = gcf(20, 64)

Note: This BARS was posted on MathBabbler's 52nd birthday.
