After posting this BARS, MathBabbler noticed that it didn't have a rsCardinalityEval despite having 19 equations. [Note: 19 equations is a lot of equations for a BARS to be initialized with.] Given there are five numbers in these signs, MathBabbler put on his equationeer hat and found the following five rsCardinalityEvals.
