BARS::Inconsistent Road Signs on AZ Hwy-89 in Arizona

This road sign and this road sign are on northbound AZ Hwy-89 in Arizona.

The two road signs say...

   +---------------+
Ash Fork 17
Williams 34
Flagstaff 66
   +---------------+

   +---------------+
Ash Fork 7
Williams 23
Flagstaff 56
   +---------------+

MathBabbler has failed to find any math in either of the two road signs individually, but math was discovered when the two road signs were "added" together.

   the numbers are: 66 34 17 56 23 7

   rsHwyEval: 66 - (34 - 17) + 56 - (23 - 7) = 89
   * These road signs are on AZ Hwy-89.

   rsAgeEval: (23 + 7) * 34 / 17 + 56 - 66 = 50
   * RoadHacker found these road signs at the age of 50.

   more math: log(66 - 56) + (17 - 7) + 23 = 34

Observe... The mileages given to Ash Fork and Flagstaff imply the two road signs are 10 miles apart; however, the Williams mileages indicate the two road signs are 11 miles apart.

BARS Sandbox

This section is used to play around with the numbers to see if more math can be discovered using the BARS FunLib (Function Library).

   str_to_nbr(s) = n
   * converts a string into a number

       ash fork: 2777744#33366677755 (sum = 117)
       williams: 9444555555444267777 (sum = 120)
      flagstaff: 33355524777782333333 (sum = 107)

   str_to_nbr("ash fork") = 117
   str_to_nbr("williams") = 120
   str_to_nbr("flagstaff") = 107
