BARS::2nd Lowell School No Parking Sign in Bisbee, Arizona

This no parking sign was found at Lowell School on Old Douglas Road in Bisbee, Arizona.

The no parking sign says...

+---------------------------+
NO PARKING
Daily 7:15am to 7:45am
Monday 11:00am to 2:15pm
Tues-Fri 2:30pm to 3:00pm
+---------------------------+

The math in this "no parking" sign is plentiful so MathBabbler opted to turn the sign into a Pi sign.

: is used as a delimiter

the numbers are: 7 15 7 45 11 0 2 15 2 30 3 0

the Pi math is:

(30/15) + (45/15) + sqrt(11 - 0! - 0!) + 2 + 2 + 3 + 7
------------------------------------------------------ = Pi
7

observe...
30 / 15 = 2
45 / 15 = 3
0! = 1 [by definition]
sqrt(11 - 0! - 0!) = sqrt(9) = 3
numerator = 2 + 3 + 3 + 2 + 2 + 3 + 7 = 22
22 / 7 = Pi (3.14 rounded to nearest hundreth)

[exercise] Sort the numbers in ascending order and calculate
the mean, mode, median of the numbers.

[exercise] The set of numbers contain two 7's. If the sum
of the two 7's is used in the denominator of a
fraction that approximates Pi, then the remaining
numbers must be arithmetically manipulated to
evaluate to what value for the numerator?
