Zero To The Zero Power (0^0)

There is zero doubt that a non-zero number raised to the zero power evaluates to one; however, there is greater than zero doubt about what zero raised to the zero power evaluates to.

0^0 = 1 (Google; Bing; Unix 'dc' command)
   0^0 = indeterminate (WolframAlpha)
   0^0 = 1 (scientific calculator at Math.com)
   0^0 = err:domain (TI-83 calculator)
   0^0 = 1 (STDC Library pow(b,p) function)

In a nutshell, the value of 0^0 depends on context.
