[50 year increments]

This BAB (Basic Arithmetic Bit) was created on the 50th anniversity of Albert Einstein's death. Einstein died of a heart attack on 18 April 1955. [Einstein was born on 14 March 1879.]

100 years ago was Einstein's "Annus Mirabilis." [Annus mirabilis is a Latin expression meaning 'miraculous year.'] It was during June of 1905--at the age of 26--that Einstein published a paper titled "On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies" thus formulating his "Special Theory of Relativity." Einstein applied his theory to mass and energy and deriving the equation

`e=mc`

.^{2}

`e=mc`

... energy equals mass times the speed of light squared.^{2}RoadHacker.info::Pic:: Einstein Statue in Washington DC
