Millennium BBQ Meatballs

1 pound hot or mild pork
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup tomato ketchup
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons light soy sauce

Directions:

Combine sausage, egg, bread crumbs and garlic salt. Form into 36 to 40 small meatballs. Cook meatballs in large skillet unitl browned on all sides. Drain fat. Combine ketchup and remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce has thinkened.
