Marie's Recipe With No Name

a few minced garlic cloves
1/4 minced onion of your choice
1/2 chopped pepper of your choice
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
dozen chopped pickled pimento-stuffed green olives
1 cup cooked blackeyed peas
2 cups cooked jasmin rice


Toss together ingredients. Eat immediately or store for up to 1 week.
