Grocery Carts are Litter

I went for a walk earlier this week and encountered three lost grocery carts (i.e. they were removed from their lots). I suspect these carts are used by people who use public transportation. All three carts belonged to Fry's Foods so that is where I returned them to.

A couple days later it was bright and sunny afternoon so I decided to go on a foot trip to see I could find more grocery carts. About 1/4 mile into my foot trip, I encountered a broken cart. [It must have been hit by a vehicle, but it could have been vandalism. Regardless, it is litter.] I continued to the end of the street turned the corner and encountered a grocery cart at a restaurant followed a few yards later by a lonely road-side cart that was close to getting pushed out into traffic. I continued to the end of the street turned the corner and encounter a cart in the wrong parking lot. A few yards later I came across two carts outside Chuy's restaurant.

That is it for the carts, but while walking home I encountered a collection of loose paper that was going to blow away so a short paper pick-up was conducted.
